The selection process consists of many stages. The first stage is a cognitive & technical assessment. The second stage is a coding assessment. The third stage is a communication assessment, followed by a technical interview and an HR interview.

There were a lot of applicants, and it's nice that they have a process for it. They have a system in place to make the process time-efficient for the applicants.

It was cool, but it has too many steps. And in the end, the job they wanted to give had nothing to do with what I applied for. But the process was okay.
