The best part is that the Employer ensures employee safety and happiness. You are definitely rewarded for your loyalty towards the company. Initial training sessions after onboarding are great.
Growth at one point seems stagnant, especially if you are stuck in a project where there are no changes over time. So it actually depends on which project you land in.
Sometimes there is a lack of clarity on the process to be followed. An example would be the onboarding process. A lot of time was wasted on unnecessary stuff, which could have been avoided with proper management.
