Not so great company
It depends on the team, but nothing good happened to me; rather, I suffered a lot.
Very biased managers, they will take care of their own native peoples.
False promises..
They never care of employees' health. They just want the work to be finished.
They made me work under a high fever also.
Keep the company flexible; come out of micromanagement. Take care of all employees equally and create an environment for them to grow as well.
