Pros

Some interesting benefits, such as subsidized lunches and gym. Bonus for internet and electricity (something short, didn't cover it completely).

Cons

Most of the benefits are for the younger ones or are only in the office. If you work from home, you miss out on almost all of them.

On an Inclusion and Diversity level, they are a sham. They engage in mobbing (workplace harassment, being ignored) towards neurodivergent people until they end up firing them.

They have an internal policy called "Speak Up" for making complaints, but don't even think about reporting anything because they retaliate, even if they say they don't.

Advice to Management
