The interview process was professional and went through the established model of three steps: 1. Call 2. HR Interview 3. Technical Interview. I managed to get to the technical interview, but my selection process ended there.

She asked general questions, such as "tell me about yourself", regarding the low points of your last year's project in your life, how you overcame them. She did not interview completely for about 10 minutes and rejected me based on those questions.

A chat about what I know, my skills, and my strengths. Additionally, the modalities under which the work will be carried out (remote, in-office, etc.).
