It's a good company to get experience. You get involved in many levels of software development and work with large applications. Nice work environment and usually nice staff.
A large workload can bring a lot of stress, and meritocracy may reign. Both depend on the project you work on.
A lot of companies' values are not being met as we are persuaded to believe.
