Working outside of hours seems to be normal. Overtime is not paid.
Surreal deliveries. Summer schedules, depending on the project, are not met.
Developers are very burnt out by this situation, which indicates high turnover and talent drain.
Todo es mejorable, pero los horarios laborales hay que cumplirlos por ley. Además, es contraproducente. El teletrabajo es una de las pocas ventajas que tenéis y que debería mantenerse. Si no, vais a aumentar y a crear una mayor fuga de buenos profesionales.
