- They take you into account, even if you are new.
- Flexibility (perhaps to excess).
- Many people without knowledge in high positions solely due to experience.
- Very low salary, and sometimes a huge workload.
- Promotion is only based on experience. You can be a star and work very hard, but if you haven't been there for 3 years, they won't promote you, 0 visibility.
