Modern technology.
Training opportunities.
Can move around to different locations or departments.
Does not listen to employee suggestions. They have a methodology in place, and they're sticking to it no matter how ineffective, ill-suited, or illogical it is.
There is more red tape here than any government department.
Lack of leave. Have you experienced a life event and need time off? Perhaps you experienced a non-work-related injury or hardship that prevents you from working? Well, I hope you saved some vacation or can forgo getting paid!
Unreasonable work expectations. Accenture expects you to work until the job is done and doesn't pay overtime between 40 and 44 hours of work. They also expect you to provide your personal contact information so you can be contacted after hours if another employee requires your advice or assistance.
Over-documentation. No documentation is bad, but Accenture is obsessed with documenting things that have no real business value.
Start taking employee suggestions and be willing to break from the status quo. Yes, even if it is different from what other sections in the company are doing.
If you're going to try to compete with government jobs, your salary and benefits better be up to snuff. I'd start with family leave.
Pay for all hours worked, and pay overtime when contacted outside of work hours.
When documenting, focus on the important stuff. And stop asking to post the same information in different locations.

I gave an interview as a fresher during campus placement. There were only two rounds: one was a coding assessment and the other was an HR round. It was an easy interview for freshers. The HR round was just for confirmation of your job, but they did
