A test compromise of aptitude and coding questions, and analytical thinking, then followed by an interview. They take an interview to evaluate the personal behavior and technical knowledge of an individual person.

I had to do coding tests for the first round, with a mix of MCQ questions, followed by two interviews. It was simple and straightforward. I had applied through an external agency, hence the process might differ for direct applicants.

Nice, friendly. I enjoyed taking part in it. Highly recommended. I think they put a lot of time into crafting such a nice journey. I hope other companies would have the same approach to the recruitment process.
