They take good care of their employees' well-being, both mental and physical health. A lot of fun events and activities keep going during the year.
You may feel you are lacking somewhere in compensation if you have joined Accenture as a fresher.
But, if you joined after some years of experience with a good package, you can stay with Accenture as long as you want.
