You learn a lot from other experienced devs. You get hired without a lot of experience (or none). They pay you for gym, internet, lunch, and free access to engineering books or courses.
It struck me that there were more stages than in others. I suppose due to the size of the company, they have such long processes. Even so, everyone was very kind throughout the entire process. That gave me the impression of a good work environment b
Great selection process. I felt comfortable and guided by the HR guys. I also understand that they always let you know whether you get the job or not. You're just one of them, and they always make you feel that way.
