If you are from India or fresh out of school, you'll think it's better than nothing.
It's all about selling bodies to the customer. If you're a seasoned professional, you'll be dumbstruck how some projects are run. What's an SDLC? I've never met so many sound-bite machines in my life. I used to think all consulting companies were the same until I worked for this embarrassing company.
The management I encountered were just trying not to rock the boat. As long as they were billable to a project, that's all that mattered. My advice: mandate certified PMP professionals run projects so they won't have to snow customers when timelines come apart due to improper resource leveling.
