If you want a technical challenge, this is a nice place to work at. The company offers free certification exams. If one is upskilled (new tech skill training), the certification exam is mandatory – again, free of charge. Also, it is always nice to have Accenture on your CV.
Salary is not as high compared to other IT consulting firms. Half of the time, there is too much work, and you'll need to work overtime, impacting your work/life balance.
Benefits are slowly being reduced.
