Great career opportunities. Since I joined as an intern, I've gotten promotions every two years at least in the last six years.
Salary is under the average.
Some managers are not very fair.
The benefits are a little bit under the average for multinational companies in Brazil.
Keep doing the good job. Focus on the client and the employees.
