O trabalho em equipe é muito bom pela ajuda de todas as partes até resolvermos o problema.
Na experiência que tive, houve excessivas solicitações para fazer horas extras com equipes subdimensionadas. Por isso, comprometia-se o tempo necessário para fazer os treinamentos obrigatórios.
Sem esses treinamentos obrigatórios concluídos dentro do prazo estipulado, o valor da participação nos lucros caía drasticamente. Em resumo, se quiser uma boa participação nos lucros, coloque a conclusão dos treinamentos como prioridade.
