Visa stipulations are too complex. They need to be fixed ASAP and we should try to make employees much more welcome, even if they are non-US residents.

In-person technical interview by warming people. They do ask regarding the stack being used for the role. Asking knowledge of programming foundations. No tricky exams. I cannot say it is the same at this time, though.
