Chilled, Wfh, Visa Issues
I'm in a department where things are all chilled out. The option to work from home some days is really handy and useful.
Visa stipulations are too complex. They need to be fixed ASAP and we should try to make employees much more welcome, even if they are non-US residents.
Keep up the good work in promoting thoughts coming from various levels of the organization and all the support an individual needs to grow in the client domain.
