Worked on multiple projects, ranging from frontend development to backend development. Gained insights into MES systems and how they actually work. I also had a great experience with frontend technologies working for BMW, where I had the chance to architect the frontend part for the app. Management was also great, and the benefits were nice.
My salary was not really increased as the years passed. At the end of my work period, the projects got a bit outdated and messy.
Maybe share more information with the employees while they are still there. Show them the available options before they get to search for other options on the market. I still think that they have a pretty nice portfolio for the projects, and there is a good way to improve professionally.
