It is assumed work is the most important thing in your life. You will be asked often to do overtime, and it is very hard to book your holidays, even long in advance.
Promotions are not based on skills but rather on visibility. That means a lot of 'loud', 'too proud' people get promoted while quiet but very competent people get unnoticed.
Salaries and other benefits are below average, especially for technical roles.
It is a company where every single day you hear about great values, being very inclusive, tolerant, accepting, etc. All the trainings are about 'being politically correct', 'non-abusive', etc. There are teams where it looks like management never attended those trainings.
Make slightly better use of the work-time statistics you have. Listen more to people low in the hierarchies. Make more opportunities for the teams to speak about their problems.
