Pros

Accenture is massive all over the world. They have a well-known name, and everyone knows them. They tend to get big clients, such as government departments, so they are never out of work.

It's a work-hard, play-hard kind of environment, and you get to make lots of friends.

Stick around for a couple of years, and you are likely to become a manager.

Cons

Projects tend to be boring and chaotic, and you don't get to choose what to work on. If anything, you get dictated to work on a certain mind-numbing project that probably will not teach you any valuable skills. Plus, they don't really pay much.

Advice to Management

Consider personal development for your employees to keep them interested.
