Good salary, nice culture (work hard, play hard).
The car policy was bad (Abarth for juniors) and the pay raise process is chaotic. Some who deserve more never get one because the project they are on "doesn't bring a lot of money to the company."
This will probably be better once the Accenture acquisition is complete.
