Like any other huge company, it is difficult to get noticed even if you are exceptionally good at your work.

Some amount of tips and tricks are needed to learn how appraisals work. It's not as straightforward as it seems at first.

Work-life balance is purely based on the current project. If you are lucky, it might be too good for a service-based IT company. If not, God help you.
- Management is good; their values and visions just don't trickle down to all levels.
- Promotions should be more transparent.
