Pros

You can always push your limits here, as Accenture will always have a greater hand towards new opportunities if your lead and manager are supporting. You can learn and gain experience of the corporate world and how businesses work. Allowances are decent, and for some clients, beyond decent.

Cons

You need to figure out your career path, as there is no one to guide it for you, with some exceptions.

Some support projects cause your grey matter to "go away" as there is nothing productive there. It feels like you are working as a bot, as I have watched some of my colleagues.

In the end, support projects are not for people seeking to be a developer.

Advice to Management

You need to invest in your existing employees rather than mass recruiting, as it degrades the quality of work.
