Accenture provides great flexibility to either work from home or a client location, provided the employee is capable of handling the tasks independently.
Sometimes, the management is oversensitive about the project delivery timelines, which should not always be the case if the quality of the deliverables is concerned.
Also, the promotional decisions taken by the managers are too driven by their personal relationships with the employees rather than credible professional performance by the employees.
We should avoid judging people on anything but their professional skills and efforts required for the development of the organization as a whole.
