Accenture is a good company to start with as a fresher. We got to experience the work culture of an MNC, and the work environment is quite chilled out. All are of very helpful nature. The best part is we got to learn how a big organization operates in the IT industry.
To get proper work, depending on one's individual skill, is completely on luck in Accenture. And mostly there are no development projects; it's all support work and maintenance work.
Please select the proper workforce and allow them to work in their relevant skill sets. If they don't have the skill sets, you can train them and give them work. This way, you can improve the quality of the work.
The first round will be a technical round, in which you'll be asked complete questions about the skills mentioned in your resume. A project manager round where they will discuss your current project. An HR round for salary negotiation.
The interview was good. They asked about the project I did in college, and I explained it. They also asked about the certifications I have, my current position, and the company profile.
I applied for the job position on Naukri. After a week, the interview was scheduled. The interviewer was very friendly, and the overall process was very good. Then, I was selected for the second round. After 3 days, I got a call for the second round.
