You can get a decent salary, only if you sign up for projects abroad.
Base salary is ridiculously low. Even if they advertise a "senior" position, they want to hire you as a "junior", regardless if you have experience or not. Then they won't promote you, because "you have just started here!"
They make decisions above your head and just inform you of the results. For example, they'll tell you on a Friday afternoon that you have to go to work in a small town in the middle of nowhere in a foreign country starting Monday.
They won't help you, but they'll pull you back with their cheapskate, illogical mentality. They won't help you find accommodation or tell you how to get to the middle of nowhere in a foreign country, but they think that you can find cheap flight tickets and hotels at the last minute, which is basically impossible.
They waste money in a very high volume, and when they realize they're running out of budget, they start to complain about the smallest costs, like tickets to use public transportation.
You have basically no influence on what kind of projects you get, but they'll deem you a "problematic employee" if you say no to their BS.
They expect you to travel internationally on your own time. That makes 40 hours worked plus 13-17 hours traveled per week. Just... ridiculous...
Have I mentioned that their culture has nothing to do with the Corporate Value BS they talk about?
One thing I learned there: I'm not giving out my advice for free.
I faced a problem in scheduling the interview. The portal was not confirming it. The interview went smoothly once scheduled by the interviewer. This is my review on the interview process. There was an online interview of one round, taken on the sched
The first round will be a technical round, in which you'll be asked complete questions about the skills mentioned in your resume. A project manager round where they will discuss your current project. An HR round for salary negotiation.
The Accenture interview process includes an online assessment, a coding test (for developers), a technical interview on programming and projects, and an HR interview assessing communication and cultural fit, followed by an offer if selected.
