Excellent Work Culture and Balance
I didn't find any cons here.
The OA had 90 aptitude and 2 coding questions. The coding questions consisted of 1 easy and 1 medium. You had 1 hour for the aptitude test. If you qualified the aptitude round, you had 1 hour for the coding round.
It was very easy. Questions were only asked on projects and also questions on stress management. Overall, the interview was very chill and did not require much effort or preparation. But yes, it's very important to learn about the project very well.
First is aptitude, then coding. After completing these two rounds, there is a cognitive assessment and a final interview. In the interview, there are mainly HR questions. It was easy and expected, easily available on the website or on YouTube.
