Lower pay than comparable consulting companies. Up or out performance management ranking still exists.

Software Development Engineer (SDE)
It was good. He mostly asked based on my profile and resume. The technical round was mostly on DSA and OOPS, SQL, and Agile. My projects were also evaluated: minor, major, and personal projects.
