I got a call from the recruiter, and then I had one round of technical interview. After that, HR called and said I was selected. They discussed the salary and released the offer letter within two days.

I have given, still no result. It takes too much time. They will not send the offer letter, even they do not declare the result. Onboarding too slow. We can't even apply for other roles.
