Clear, concise, and easy. The interview process was transparent, and the results were shared immediately. A positive experience. Try to adapt video screening over in-person interviews, especially when the candidate is from a different location.
Software Engineer (Internship)
Mainly three parts: 1. HR interview. 2. A technical test (several parts about conceptual, logical, and OOP topics). 3. A technical interview (further discussions based on the test and technical concepts).
