Another point which nobody else will be able to tell: NPS. In Accenture, once you opt for voluntary employer contribution to NPS, you cannot opt out or decrease the contribution percentage until you are in Accenture. Note that even though this is called employer contribution, it is deducted from employee's CTC. Even though NPS is not all that bad, once you make that choice, you are stuck.
