Work can be a bit mundane. But it also depends on your project and role.
While they emphasize stewardship, the staff turnover is quite high.
Management should look into new joiners' orientation, especially at the project level. At the enterprise level, it's great, but more can be done at the project level. For example, take the first 1-2 weeks to really bring new joiners through each team's work and share what they can grasp initially, instead of just throwing them into the deep end or leaving it to each team lead to decide. It would be even better if the managerial level can review how it is being done and provide constructive feedback to the leads. Project knowledge can be properly passed down as current employees exercise stewardship, and new joiners can get onboard faster by having a better idea of what the project does.
