You get stuck with the same work if you are good at it
Exposure depends on your hard work. You will get bored at times. So learning is directly proportional to the time you spend outside of work.
The promotion policy looks screwed up, at least for now.
Cafeteria food is of bad quality. Growth is hampered by seniors. Although they are removing the bell curve, it will just make promotions more political.
