The workplace is comfortable; the bathrooms and all facilities in general are clean.
There is no relationship between tasks and career level, therefore there are people who work triple than others and remain stuck in low career/salary levels.
Promotions are very bureaucratic.
There are too many managers who know nothing and impede the promotion of valuable people.
