The work environment for a fresher was appreciably good. Management provides good ownership or accountability to the best possible level. This all could be project-specific as well.
As a fresher who joined through campus placements and graduated from a Computer Science background, I couldn't choose the domain or technology I preferred. I had to directly join the technology-specific training, which was randomly categorized, and there was no option for rejection due to the agreements already signed.
The work-life balance of employees needs to be given more importance.
