I think it's a great company
- You will never be on the bench because they have so many projects.
- You can switch clients whenever you want. (This process I found very smooth.)
- It is the world's largest IT firm, and there is a reason why they are.
If you are a passionate programmer, then this might not be your company. Most of the projects have already been developed or are under development. So you will either enhance applications or maintain them.
There are less chances that you will get to work on a project from scratch.
