Will get pushed a lot, as too much work is given (any individual is supposed to take the work of 3 people). Work-life balance is not present.
NCR work culture is not good at all (all other locations have good work culture. Bangalore is the best place to work in this company, as per me).
Please generate more onshore opportunities.
