A company dominated by HRs only. Nothing for employees except harassing them
I spent one year in Accenture, Gurgaon, and still cannot explain what is good here for employees.
“Employee friendly” is just a fantasy. HR services are hell; they never respond or respond with a very rude attitude, as if employees are their slaves.
HR should be given some other stuff also to work in addition to only manipulating policies as per their moods and torturing people.
