Accenture is great for freshers to start their career. It provides a great working environment and work culture.
There is less or no pressure on freshers, and they get ample room to grow and increase their technical skills.
Cons: Totally dependent on the project. If the project is good, you will fly to the US/UK within 1.5 years. If not, you might have to sit without going onshore for many years.
Company size is so big that you will have to make great efforts to get recognition.
Please take care of the interests and strengths of junior resources as well.
