Good company to work with
Good for freshers. They spend a fortune on your initial training, which stands you in good stead no matter where you end up. Good management.
Project guys are really pathetic. They show partiality.
Sometimes they give you a support project with nothing to learn. You can't ask for a rolloff until you complete 18 months in your project. Managers won't listen to you.
After 18 months, even if you get rolled off, no dev project will take you. And it will be hellishly difficult to get out of that place.
