Great culture and working environment, but SEs are lowballed
Culture, people, and a free pantry are always good for a project.
SE base salary is low in comparison to other roles for H&PS. It feels like they do not see the value in SE and do not know the crucial role it plays in a project. If you're offered an SE position, rethink about joining.
