Accenture

Attended interview on the college campus. Altitude test round. Interview included technical and HR rounds. On-the-spot selection process. Technical was easy, and HR as well. Accepted offer after course completion.

I completed my interview process very well, but I didn't get an opportunity to work at Accenture. Accenture only recruits females. In my college, out of a total of 600 students, they recruited all the girls and only 8 boys.

First was the aptitude round. Second was the communication round. Then, the interview was completely HR. There were no technical questions asked, only questions related to management. Questions related to team management. And that was it.
