Some policies are good. For example, we give 18,000 INR for WFH setup.
Medical insurance
The account that I was working for did not have many good projects. Some of the projects were still using old technologies.
They did not have proper skilled resources, as employees from different technology backgrounds were asked to work on other technologies.
My manager was very biased.
