It is a good company to work for, with excellent benefits, work facilities, and a good work environment with good practices to prevent harassment, nepotism, etc.
There are many intermediate levels and systems of bureaucracy that make it difficult to grow within the company. One has to do much more than what is asked as a baseline to even have the opportunity to compete with others for a raise or promotion.
