It's a good place to start your career. Project relationships are politically heavy, so make sure to put on the mask and ensure the people doing your reviews personally like you.

Bi-annual reviews are a kangaroo court, so you really need to lay it on thick. You will spend most of your time doing work around the work (PowerPoints), and that will get in the way of you actually accomplishing the goal or scope of the project. If that's not truly human, I don't know what is.

I wouldn't work here if you are actually good at your job, have good experience, or if morality is a priority for you. You are perceived as a threat to the people who have spent their whole career there.
