PDI and Engagement
Course platforms, customer diversity, and technologies; which allows for a lot of learning. Good health plan. Few programs for women; I had difficulty participating in women's events or programs.
The individual development plan is weak. Internal growth is weak. VR and salary are reasonable compared to the market, but could be improved.
The strengthening of the engagement culture is missing, especially for juniors and associates.

I was a walk-in applicant at Accenture. The application process started with an assessment exam (multiple choice), followed by an HR interview if you passed the exam. The final interview was done online and was basically just the HR giving the bullet
