Accenture is always a great place to work, and the people in it are amazing. They come from a wide cultural background, and Accenture has lots of domains to attract your interest. The trainings provided by Accenture are top-notch.
Lately, I'm seeing a lot of micromanaging managers in Accenture. Sadly, there's less freedom to choose the domain that interests you. And the cafeterias are one of the worst.
Get rid of damn politics and make the policies easy to understand. And also please try to get some good Sr. managers.
