There are very few good projects to work on and learn from. It totally depends on luck.
HR policies are very bad. Most of the managers are bad; they will only utilize you for their own growth. If you work hard, you will still not get any merit or hike. They will randomly assign support projects in which there is nothing to learn and grow.
Fix the policies and give credit to people who work hard.
I had a first round which consisted of aptitude and coding. Then, a second round for English. The last round was a technical interview, where two interviewers were present. One was senior and the other was junior.
It was a normal interview as I applied for an internship. The HR was asking about my favorite subject and about the project I did in college. He also asked questions on office management.
Good, but the process will take more time. To get the results it will take months, and even HR doesn't know the status. They used to tell us, "Our internal website is having some issues." 😔 We are looking into that and will update you soon.
