Salary is competitive in the Austin area.
They offer 26 days of PTO and another 15 days of holidays.
Work culture is very relaxed even though there are periods of insanity during big software releases.
There's a mindset of work hard and play hard.
You get the perception that the Services workforce seems inferior to the Consulting workforce.
On an unrelated note, the Austin culture recently seems to be shifting towards a more stern corporate environment. That's a big turn-off for good developers.
Keep the work hard, play hard culture if you want to retain good employees. The flexible nature of the job makes Austin Accenture so appealing for new recruits.
